What's free, and what is Pro?

Simple photo stories — all six templates, captions and one speech bubble — are free forever. Your first 10 exports that use a Pro feature are free too. After that, WholeStory Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks every Pro feature for good:

• Video stories: Animated comic, Cube, Ring, Polaroids and Flip-book
• Comic Ink — your photos redrawn as inked comic art
• As many speech bubbles and sound effects as you like
• Date & place stamps

How do I restore WholeStory Pro on a new iPhone?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought it with, open WholeStory, tap the pill at the top right of the home screen (it says “free Pro” or “Go Pro”) and choose Restore purchase. Usually the app recognises your purchase by itself as soon as it opens.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I post my story to Instagram?

After exporting, tap Share to Instagram Story, or save it to Photos and add it from Instagram. Stories are made at exactly 1080 × 1920, and the text stays clear of Instagram's top and bottom bars. For the feed, choose Post 4:5 or Carousel on the export screen.

Why do some photos have no date or place stamp?

Stamps come from the date and location saved inside each photo. Screenshots, downloaded images and photos received through messaging apps usually don't have them. You can type a stamp by hand in the Captions step.

WholeStory can't save to my photos

Open Settings › Apps › WholeStory › Photos and allow Add Photos Only (or Full Access).

Does it work in Greek?

Yes. Titles, captions, bubbles and stamps can be written in Greek, and every template switches to fonts that support Greek letters.

What happens to my photos?

Nothing leaves your iPhone. WholeStory has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Read the privacy policy.
